I have a new Makita DUR181 strimmer. when under power, even when not under work load, the strimmer cord rewinds into the spool leaving only 5cm exposed. I have tried various corrective measures, includin rewindin the cord, but it occurs every time. I pull the cord out to the cutter, switch on, and it rewinds to the 5cm length. Any ideas please?
