Deze doorslijpschijf kan bij vakkundig gebruik en vakkundige bewaring

tot en met het 4e kwartaal van 2007 worden gebruikt.

- Scheidingsrichting bepalen, kenmerken en scheidingsschijf met

middelmatig toerental tegen het materiaal drukken en pas nadat

er een geleidegleuf ingesneden is, met vol gas en versterkte

druk verder snijden.

- Snede uitsluitend recht en loodrecht aanbrengen, niet kantelen

want dan kan de schijf breken.

- Een veilige en gladde snede verkrijgt men het beste door aan de

scheidingsslijpmachine te trekken respectievelijk hem heen- en

weer te bewegen. De scheidingsschijf niet in het materiaal

„schuiven”.

- Massieve ronde staven het beste trapsgewijze scheiden

(20).

- Dunne buizen kan men eenvoudig door middel van een dalende

snede scheiden.

- Buizen met een grote diameter als massieve staven behande

len. Om kantelen te vermijden en een betere controle bij het

scheiden te verkrijgen, de scheidingsschijf niet te diep in het

materiaal laten gaan. Steeds vlak rondom scheiden.

- Versleten scheidingsschijven met geringe diameter hebben bij

hetzelfde toerental geringere omvangssnelheid en scheiden

daarom moeilijker.

- Dubbele T-dragers of hoekijzers in stappen scheiden, zie af

beelding 21.

- Bandijzer of ijzeren platen scheidt men zoals buizen; plat trek

kend met lang snijvlak.

- Onder spanning staand materiaal (ondersteund of ingemetseld

materiaal) altijd eerst aan de drukkant wat inkerven en dan

van de trekkant af doorsnijden zodat de scheidingsschijf niet

ingeklemd wordt.




