Modo de indicar la capacidad de
batería restante
Solamente para cartuchos de batería con “B” al
nal del número de modelo

bateríaparaindicarlacapacidaddebateríarestante.
Las lámparas indicadoras se iluminan durante unos
pocos segundos.

Accionamiento del interruptor
PRECAUCIÓN: Antes de insertar el cartucho
de batería en la herramienta, compruebe siempre
para cerciorarse de que el gatillo interruptor se
acciona debidamente y que vuelve a la posición
“OFF” cuando lo suelta.
AVISO:Noutilicelapalancadecambiodeveloci-
dad/bloqueomientraslaherramientaestáenmarcha.

Para poner en marcha la herramienta, presione la
palancadecambiodevelocidad/bloqueodesdeellado
AoByaprieteelgatillointerruptor.
Lavelocidaddelaherramientaincrementaaumentandolapresión
en el gatillo interruptor. Suelte el gatillo interruptor para parar.
La velocidad máxima de la herramienta se puede cam-
biaren2pasos.
• Para velocidad alta
Cuandolapalancadecambiodevelocidad/blo-
queoespresionadadesdeelladoA,lavelocidad
de carrera es “2”.
• Paravelocidadbaja
Cuandolapalancadecambiodevelocidad/blo-
queo es presionada desde el lado B, la velocidad
de carrera es “1”.
Cuandolapalancadecambiodevelocidad/bloqueo
estáenlaposición
,laherramientaestábloqueaday
el gatillo interruptor no se puede apretar.
Encendido de la lámpara delantera

PRECAUCIÓN: No mire a la luz ni vea la
fuente de luz directamente.
Aprieteelgatillointerruptorparaencenderlalámpara.
La lámpara seguirá encendida mientras el gatillo inte-
rruptor esté siendo apretado. La lámpara se apagará 10
segundos aproximadamente después de soltar el gatillo
interruptor.
NOTA:Utiliceunpañosecoparaquitarlasuciedad
delalentedelalámpara.Tengacuidadodenorayar
la lente de la lámpara, porque podrá disminuir la
iluminación.
NOTA: Cuando la herramienta está recalentada, la
lámparaparpadeaduranteunminuto.Enestecaso,
enfríelaherramientaantesderealizarotraoperación.
Ajuste de la zapata
Cuandolahojadesierrarecíprocapierdasuecacia
decorteenunlugaralolargodesubordecortante,
reposicionelazapataparautilizarunaporciónaladay
sinusardesubordecortante.Estoayudaráaalargarla
vidadeserviciodelahojadesierrarecíproca.
Laposicióndelazapatasepuedeajustarencinco
niveles.
Parareposicionarlazapata,abralapalancadeajuste
delazapatayseleccionelaposiciónadecuada,des-
puéscierrelapalancadeajustedelazapata.

NOTA:Lazapatanosepuedeajustarsinabrircom-
pletamentelapalancadeajustedelazapata.

PRECAUCIÓN: Cuando cuelgue la herra-
mienta, ajuste la palanca de cambio de veloci-
dad/bloqueo en la posición
para bloquear el
gatillo interruptor. (Consulte la sección titulada
“Accionamiento del interruptor”).
PRECAUCIÓN: No cuelgue nunca la
herramienta en un lugar alto o potencialmente
inestable.

Elganchoresultaútilparacolgarlaherramientatem-
poralmente.
Para utilizar el gancho, simplemente levántelo hasta
queencajeconunchasquidoenlaposiciónabierta.
