BEMÆRK:

•

Når der fastgøres M8 eller mindre skruer, skal

trykket på afbryderkontakten omhyggeligt justeres,

så skruen ikke beskadiges.

•

Hold maskinen lige på skruen.

•

Hvis skruen spændes i længere tid end vist i

tabellerne, kan skruen eller værktøjet blive over-

belastet, skruet over gevind, ødelagt osv. Før arbe-

jdet påbegyndes bør De foretage en prøve med

netop Deres skruetype, for at fastslå den korrekte

fastspændingstid.

Drejningsmomentet påvirkes af en lang række fak-

torer, herunder følgende.

Kontrollér altid momentet med en momentnøgle.

1. Når akkuen er næsten afladet, falder spændingen

og dermed mindskes drejningsmomentet/spæn-

detiden forlænges.

2. Værktøj

Hvis der ikke bruges det korrekte værktøj til

skruetypen vil drejningsmomentet reduceres/

spændetiden forlænges.

3. Skruer og bolte

•

Selvom det nominelle drejningsmoment for

nogle bolttyper er ens, kan drejningsmomentet/

spændetiden variere med diameteren.

•

Selv ved samme boltdiameter kan drejningsmo-

mentet/spændetiden variere afhængig af bolt-

type og længde.

4. Den måde maskinen holdes på og det materiale

der arbejdes med påvirker drejningsmomentet/

spændetiden.

5. Når maskinen bruges med lav hastighed reduce-

res drejningsmomentet/spændetiden forlænges.

VEDLIGEHOLDELSE

ADVARSEL:

Kontrollér altid at maskinen er slukket, og at akkuen

er taget ud før der foretages noget arbejde på selve

maskinen.

Udskiftning af kul (Fig. 8 og 9)

Udskift maskinens kul når disse er slidt ned til

slidgrænsen. De nedslidte kul erstattes med nye

originale Makita-kul. Udskift altid kullene parvis.

For at opretholde produktets sikkerhed og pålide-

lighed, bør reparation, vedligholdelse og justering kun

udføres af et autoriseret Makita Service Center.
