TIPS FÖR LÅDKONSTRUKTION
Beakta följande punkter om du vill bygga en passiv högtalarlåda:
1. Bygg din högtalarlåda av spånplattor eller MDF-skivor med 19 mm tjocklek (bättre:
22 mm). Vid särskilt stora lådor eller tunga woofers kan baffeln även bestå av två
plattor (t ex 2 x 19 mm).
2. Maximal stabilitet kan uppnås om brädorna limmas samman under spänning (trälim)
och dessutom skruvas samman med träskruvar. Skruva in skruvarna med ca 10 cm
avstånd från varandra.
3. De angivna måtten för basreflexrören får inte variera med mer än 10 %.
4. Kontrollera att den färdiga lådan är lufttät. Täta ev. med silikon eller trälim.
5. Vid slutna lådor är en medeltjock isolering av polyesterull eller skumplast lämplig.
Basreflexlådor kräver endast en enkel isolering på insidan av lådans sidor. Täck aldrig
över reflexöppningen.
PLACERA OCH FÄSTA SUBWOOFERN
Se till att subwooferlådan ligger på en jämn yta. Membranet (och ev. även basreflexröret)
bör inte vara placerat direkt intil fordonets innerväggar.
Fäst alltid din subwoofer så att den inte kan rubbas. Skador som har uppstått pga.
plötsliga hastighetsförändringar (t ex kraftig bromsning) täcks inte av garantin.
