I've got a Maginon film scanner FS 6600 and I'm facing a pro : 35

I've got a Maginon film scanner FS 6600 and I'm facing a problem using it. When turning it on with the SD card inserted, the device starts initializing and few seconds later it displays "Good Bye" and shuts down. When starting it with no SD card it initializes and goes to the main menu, but when inserting the SD card it immediateley shows "Good Bye" and shuts down again. I did try to format the SD card, but got the same results.
Any help, please?
