I can't opem the capsule unit at the top of the machine. It's stuck Submitted on 4-9-2020 at 15:43

Water is not flowing fully through the capsule and in to the cup, half ends up in the drip tray. Does anyone have any suggestions? Submitted on 19-11-2019 at 14:50
