Voorbereiding: 5 min
Stoomtijd: entre 8h et 12h op 40°
Rusttijd: 3 uur op een koele plaats
Voor 9 potjes yoghurt
1 l volle melk
of 1 l sojamelk
of 1 l geitenmelk
of 1 l schapenmelk
1 potje naturel yoghurt
Meng in een kan 1 liter melk met de yoghurt.
Schenk het mengsel in de potjes en zet ze in de
stoomschaal zonder water in het reservoir te doen.
Leg het deksel erop en laat 8 à 12 uur fermenteren
bij 40°.
Na 12 uur fermenteren is de yoghurt stevig van
consistentie. Na 8 uur fermenteren is de yoghurt
romiger.
Als u halfvolle melk gebruikt wordt uw yoghurt
minder stevig en zuurder.
Geitenmelk geeft ook een meer vloeibare
consistentie.
