Voorbereiding: 20 min

4 tongfilets zonder vel en
zonder graat
2 avocado's
1 citroen
20 cl crème fraîche
3 eetl. witte wijn
Zout, peper
Verwijder de schil van een avocado. Pers de
citroen. Prak het vruchtvlees van de avocado met
de helft van het citroensap met een vork tot een
grover puree. Spreid de tongfilets uit op het
werkblad, druk ze plat en bestrooi ze met zout en
peper. Besmeer ze met avocadopuree, rol ze op en
zet ze vast met houten cocktailprikkers.
Doe een liter water in het reservoir van de
stoomkoker, leg de tongrolletjes in de stoomschaal,
leg het deksel erop en laat gedurende de hierboven
opgegeven tijd stomen (afhankelijk van uw model
stoomkoker).
Neem het vruchtvlees van de tweede avocado, mix
dit met de crème fraîche en de witte wijn. De saus
op smaak maken met citroensap, zout en peper en
10 min. zachtjes verwarmen in de multifunctionele
kom.
De saus over de tongrolletjes gieten en warm
opdienen. Geeft er pasta of aardappels bij (die u
tegelijkertijd hebt gaar gestoomd).
In de tongrolletjes kunt u de avocado vervangen
door fijngehakte tomaat.
