1 mooi wit bloemkooltje
3 courgettes
2 grote wortels
160 g diepgevroren
doperwtjes
2 potjes Bulgaarse yoghurt
1 theel. peper
4 eetl. gehakte munt
Zout
De wortels en courgettes schillen, wassen en in
grote staafjes snijden. De bloemkool in roosjes
verdelen, wassen, afdrogen en in de keukenmachine
tot een soort grove kleine blokjes raspen.
Doe het water in het reservoir van de stoomkoker.
Leg de worteltjes in een stoomschaal, leg het
deksel erop en laat 20 min. stomen. Voeg na 5 min.
de courgettes toe.
Bekleed de andere stoomschaal van de stoomkoker
met gaas en leg er de blokjes bloemkool op. Met
zout bestrooien.
De schaal op de stoomkoker zetten, 5 min. nadat u
de courgettes aan de worteltjes hebt toegevoegd.
Tot slot 5 min. voor het einde van de kooktijd de
doperwtjes bij de bloemkool doen.
Worteltjes en courgettes laten uitlekken. Bloemkool
en doperwtjes met behulp van het gaas laten uitlekken
en overdoen in een schaal. De munt toevoegen en
doorroeren, de andere groenten erop leggen.
Warm opdienen met de met zout en peper opge-
klopte yoghurt.
Lekker bij gegrilde lamskoteletjes.
