1. lDas Gemüse waschen. Die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch schälen. Die
Knoblauchzehen halbieren und den Keim entfernen.
2. In der mittleren Schüssel mithilfe des Würfelschneiders oder der 4-mm-
Schneidscheibe die Zwiebeln, die Zucchini, die Auberginen, die Tomaten und die
entkernten Paprika getrennt schneiden.
3. In einem Kochtopf die Zwiebeln und die halbierten Knoblauchzehen in etwas
Olivenöl anbraten. Garen lassen. Von der Kochstelle nehmen und aufheben.
4. Die Zucchini und die Auberginen anbraten und aufheben.
5. Die Tomaten in den Kochtopf geben und etwa 10 Min. garen. Das andere Gemüse
wieder dazugeben.
6. Würzen und die Kräuter hinzugeben. Wiederholt mit einem Holzlöffel umrühren.
7. Bei schwacher Hitze etwa 40 Min. garen.
