1. Verwarm de oven voor op 170°C (th. 5-6). Snijd de boter in kleine stukjes.
2. Hak de walnoten 30 seconden in de kom met het metalen mes. Voeg de suiker, het
meel, de eieren, het zout, de rum en de boter toe. Mix gedurende 2 minuten.
3. Voeg terwijl de machine draait via de opening het bakpoeder toe. Laat de machine
nog 10 seconden draaien.
4. Vul een beboterde cakevorm met het beslag.
5. Bak de cake in ca. 30 minuten gaar. Als het mes er droog uitkomt is de cake gaar.
6. Laat de cake in de oven afkoelen met de ovendeur op een kier.
1. Snijd de ananas in vieren en verwijder de schil.
2. Snijd de 4 parten in de midi-kom met de 4 mm snijschijf in plakjes.
3. Snijd de meloen in vieren,verwijder de schil en snijd de parten verticaal in schijven.
4. Was de aardbeien en verwijder de steeltjes. Doe de aardbeien en 3 muntblaadjes in de
kom met het metalen mes.
5. Continu mixen. Voeg via de opening de poedersuiker en het citroensap toe.
6. Schenk een laagje aardbeiensaus in de borden en rangschik daarop afwisselend de
meloen en ananasschijfjes.
7. Garneer in het midden met enkele muntblaadjes en een aardbei.
8. Heel koud serveren.
