1. De zalmsteak in 10 minuten gaar stomen.
2. Was en schil gedurende die tijd de komkommer. Snijd hem in 3 stukken.
Gebruik de Blokjes-set en doe de stukken komkommer één voor één in de
invoerbuis. Stel de machine in werking en snijd de komkommer door met
beide handen op de aanduwer te drukken. Heeft u dit accessoire niet, snijd de
komkommer dan in dobbelsteentjes. Bestrooi ze met een beetje zout en laat ze
uitlekken in een zeef.
3. Doe de blaadjes dille in de kom met het metalen mes. Druk enkele keren op
PULSE.
4. De versnipperde gestoomde zalm, de in stukjes gesneden gerookte zalm en de
crème fraîche toevoegen. Laat de machine 30 seconden draaien.
5. Open het deksel, pers de citroen uit en voeg toe aan het mengsel. Voeg
vervolgens de fijngeknipte bieslook toe. Met peper en zout op smaak brengen.
6. Laat de machine 30 seconden draaien. Zo nodig verder op smaak brengen.
7. Verdeel enkele blokjes komkommer over kleine glaasjes en doe de zalmpastei
erop. Bestrooi met geroosterde pijnboompitten en garneer met een blaadje
dille.
8. Zet de glaasjes 2 uur in de koelkast. Goed koud serveren.
