Pasta per i waffel
250 g d farina
400 ml di latte
75 g di zucchero
75 g di burro
1 bustina di lievito chimico
3 uova
2 pizzichi di sale
12 waffel
Per le crepe
1. Nella bacinella con il coltello in metallo e il Blender
m
ix, mettere la farina, le uova,
l’olio e il sale.
2. Avviare l’apparecchio per 20 secondi. Aggiungere il latte e la birra poco alla volta
dall’apertura del coperchio. Far girare per 2 minuti circa.
3. Lasciar riposare l’impasto in frigorifero per almeno 1 ora.
4. Preriscaldare la crepiera. Versare una piccola dose di pasta e suddividerla bene su tutta
la padella. Far cuocere circa 2 minuti per lato.
Consigli del cuoco: Per ottenere crepe più
leggere, sostituire 100 ml di latte con birra.
Per i waffel
1. Nella bacinella con il coltello in metallo e il

versare il lievito dall’apertura.
3. Far girare 2 minuti fino a che non si ottiene
un impasto cremoso.
4. Far riposare l’impasto in frigorifero per
almeno 1 ora.
5. Versare una piccola dose di pasta
nella macchina per i waffel. Leggere le
istruzioni dell’apparecchio per la cottura.
