1. Alle Zutaten außer dem Olivenöl in die kleine Schüssel geben. Etwa 30 Sek. pürieren,
bis sich eine homogene Masse bildet.
2. 10-20 Sek. im Dauerbetrieb laufen lassen und dabei nach und nach das Olivenöl
durch die Einfüllöffnung gießen, bis es vollständig untergemengt ist.
Tipps vom Küchenchef: Köstlich als Aufstrich auf gerösteten Scheiben Landbrot.
Besonders schmackhaft mit eingelegten griechischen Oliven.
Tapenade (Olivenpaste)
Zubereitungszeit: 5 min
250 g entsteinte schwarze Oliven
20 ml Olivenöl
1 EL Kapern
2 TL Senf
1 gepresste Zitrone
Pfeffer
Für 1 Portion
Pesto
1. Das Basilikum waschen, die Stängel entfernen und die Blätter trocknen. Die
Knoblauchzehe schälen, halbieren und den Keim entfernen.
2. Den Knoblauch, das Basilikum, die Pinienkerne, den Pfeffer und das Salz in die kleine
Schüssel geben.
3. Etwa zehnmal die PULSE-Taste betätigen, bis eine homogene Masse entsteht.
4. Anschließend das Olivenöl durch den Einfüllschacht hinzugeben und dabei das Gerät
im Dauerbetrieb laufen lassen.
Tipp vom Küchenchef: Passt hervorragend zu Nudelgerichten.

50 g Parmesan
100 ml Olivenöl
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 Bund Basilikum
Salz (fleur de sel), Pfeffer
