De oven voorverwarmen op 180° C (T6).
Het wit van de eieren stijf kloppen(zie blz. 50). Uit de kom
gieten en bewaren.
De citroen persen om een eetlepel sap te krijgen.
Het metalen mes in de kom zetten en er de kwark met de
eierdooiers in doen. 4 keer kort op Pulse drukken en de
machine dan laten draaien, terwijl u via de invoergoot de
room, de suiker, het citroensap, de bloem en de vanille-
essence toevoegt. Nog ongeveer 8 keer op Pulse drukken
om alles goed te vermengen. Het mengsel op de stijfges-
lagen eiwitten gieten en voorzichtig met de spatel door-
scheppen.
In de ingevette taartvorm gieten en in 1 uur in een bain-
marie in de oven bakken. In de oven laten afkoelen. Koud
serveren met een rode vruchtensaus (zie blz. 51).
