Kruidkoek
Een cakevorm van 20 cm lang invetten en met bloem
bestuiven.
De oven op 160° C (T6) voorverwarmen.
Met de 4 mm raspschijf de wortels in reepjes raspen door
de stukken wortel horizontaal in de goot te leggen.
Opzijzetten.
In de kom met het metalen mes de bloem, de gist, het zout
en alle kruiden doen. 1 keer op Pulse drukken. De ontpitte
pruimen toevoegen. 2 seconden laten draaien. De noten
toevoegen en 2 keer op Pulse drukken. De eieren, de
suiker en de fijngesneden worteltjes toevoegen en 1
minuut laten draaien.
Via de invoergoot geleidelijk de olie toevoegen. De machine
nog 1 minuut laten draaien. Vervolgens de rozijnen
toevoegen en 3 keer kort op Pulse drukken.
Het mengsel in de ingevette en met boter bestoven vorm
doen en in 55 minuten gaar bakken.
De koek 5 minuten laten afkoelen en daarna op een
bakrooster storten. Wanneer de koek geheel is afgekoeld
met poedersuiker bestrooien.
Ingrediënten
(voor 4 personen)
150 g bloem
1 zakje droge gist
1/4 theel. nootmuskaat
1/4 theel. koekkruiden
1/2 theel. kaneel
7 gedroogde
ontpitte pruimen
40 g gepelde walnoten
2 middelgrote,
geschrapte wortels
2 hele eieren
200 g suiker
15 cl olie
20 g rozijnen
poedersuiker
1 snufje zout
