Kippenleverpasteitjes
De oven voorverwarmen op 150° C (T5).
De kippenlevertjes schoonmaken en 10 minuten laten
marineren in de Port met 3 laurierblaadjes en de
blaadjes van 5 takjes tijm. Verwijder de laurier.
In de kom (of de mini-kom bij de MiniPlus) de ui hakken.
In een eetlepel hete olie de spekblokjes en de ui 2 minuten
fruiten. Uit de pan nemen en laten uitlekken.
De spekblokjes met ui en de levertjes in de kom met het
metalen mes fijnhakken, via de invoergoot de eieren, de
boter, een mespuntje zout en twee snufjes peper toevoe-
gen. Deze bewerking moet ongeveer 1 minuut duren.
Het mengsel de cakevorm doen. De bovenkant met een
laurierblaadje garneren.
De pasteit 30 minuten in de oven bakken en laten afkoe-
len, voordat u ze in de koelkast zet.
Geef er augurkjes, vers geroosterde boerenbrood en een
warme tomatensaus (blz. 23) bij.
N.B. De pastei kan 5 dagen in de koelkast worden bewaard,
zolang deze niet is aangebroken.
