Bereidingen in de minikom
Zout met kruiden
Mediterraan zout

2 tl korianderzaad
1 tl zwarte peperkorrels
1 tl de komijnzaad
2 steranijs
Geeft een heerlijk aroma aan water om rijst in te koken.
6 laurierblaadjes
2 el roze peperbessen
2 el tijm
2 el groene peperkorrels
Geeft een zonnig tintje aan uw gerechten van vis, wit vlees etc.
1 tl zwarte peper
1 tl gedroogde knoflook
1 tl chili
1 tl gemberpoeder
1 el korianderzaad
1 tl gedroogde basilicum
1 tl gedroogd citroenkruid
Principe: mix de kruiden (op snelheid 4 of met de Pulse functie) meer of minder fijn
afhankelijk van uw smaak, voeg vervolgens het zout (fijn, grof of zeezout) of de suiker
toe en schud om alles te mengen.
U kunt ook alles tegelijkertijd mixen, als u een fijnere textuur wilt, maar als het zout
vochtig is zal dit minder goed gaan.
Het aroma van versgemalen kruiden is veel sterker, u heeft er dus erg weinig van
nodig:
ca. 3 eetlepels kruiden op 200 g zout of suiker. Bewaar de melanges in een glazen
of aarden pot.
Mix alle kruiden 40 seconden in de minikom op snelheid 4. Open de kom, voeg 200 g
zout toe. Sluit de kom weer en schud alles goed door elkaar.
