GEBRUIK VAN DE EIWITKLOPPER
De eiwitklopper bestaat uit 3 delen, let op
dat u deze goed in elkaar zet. Controleer
of de metalen as goed is ingestoken.
Plaats de eiwitklopper op de aandrijfas.
De naaf moet op de bodem van de kom
rusten.
Het deksel op de kom plaatsen en vergren-
delen totdat het blokkeert.
Eiwit kloppen : Doe de eiwitten in de kom.
Voeg een mespuntje zout toe, verwijder de
aanduwer. Laat de machine minstens 5 à
10 minuten continu draaien.
Voor het kloppen van eiwit de aanduwer
uit de toevoergoot verwijderen, anders
wordt het eiwit niet stijf.
Slagroom : Zet de ingrediënten 1 uur in de
koelkast. Doe de volle room in de kom.
Verwijder de aanduwer. Laat de machine
8-10 minuten continu draaien.
