1. Préchauffez le four à 160°C (th. 5-6).
2. Dans la mini cuve, mettez les noix de pécan. Donnez quelques pulsions pour les mixer
grossièrement.
3. Faites fondre le chocolat et le beurre au bain marie*.
4. Dans la cuve munie du couteau métal, mélangez les œufs et le sucre pendant
10 secondes.
5. Versez le mélange chocolat-beurre petit à petit par l’ouverture. Laissez tourner jusqu’à
obtenir une pâte homogène.
6. Ouvrez le couvercle, ajoutez la farine. Mélangez 15 secondes.
7. Ajoutez les noix. Donnez environ 4 pulsions.
8. Beurrez un moule. Versez la préparation.
9. Enfournez 20 minutes.
