01. Dans la cuve munie du couteau métal, mettez les feuilles de menthe et de
coriandre. Mettez en marche quelques secondes.
02. Pelez l’oignon, coupez-le en morceaux. Ajoutez-le dans la cuve et donnez 5 pulsions.
03. Coupez la viande en gros morceaux. Ajoutez-la dans la cuve. Mettez l’appareil
en marche pendant 20 secondes, la viande doit être hachée et non réduite en
purée. Rajoutez l’huile d’olive, l’oignon, les herbes, les épices. Salez, poivrez.
Donnez 2 pulsions.
04. Formez à la main des petites boulettes. Embrochez-les sur des piques (environ
4 galettes). Faites griller en position «gril» du four, au barbecue ou dans une
grande poêle anti-adhésive.
05. Laissez cuire environ 10 minutes. Surveillez la cuisson.
Astuce du chef : servez avec des pommes de terre à la vapeur, de la purée ou
du boulgour.
