Crema de apio con queso azul
Para 4 personas
½ apio nabo
1 patata grande
1 l de caldo de pollo
200 ml de nata líquida
desnatada
50 g de queso azul
Algunas nueces
Pimienta
Preparación: 10 min • Cocción: 35 min
Pelar el apio nabo y la patata. Cortarlos en dados
grandes.
Hacerlos cocer 35 minutos en 1 litro de caldo de pollo.
Introducir las legumbres, con la mitad del líquido, en el
vaso de la batidora. Añadir la nata, el queso desmenuzado
y las nueces. Echar una vuelta del molino de pimienta.
Batir 1 minuto en función
y, si es necesario, utilizar la
espátula para facilitar la mezcla. Añadir un poco del caldo
de cocción si se desea una textura menos espesa.
Crema de guisantes con menta
Para 6 personas
500 g de guisantes
congelados
5 h hojas de menta
1 cubito de caldo de pollo
200 ml de nata líquida
2 c. de flor de sal
Pimienta
Preparación: 15 min • Cocción: 10 min • Reposo: 2 h
Cocer los guisantes en 1 litro de caldo de pollo unos 10
minutos.
Reservar los ¾ del caldo. Verter los guisantes y el resto del
caldo en el vaso de la batidora. Añadir las hojas de menta,
la nata y salpimentar.
Batir 1 minuto en función
. Utilizar la espátula si es
necesario. Añadir un poco de caldo, según la consistencia
deseada.
Dejar reposar 2 horas en el frigorífico.
