Recepten op basis van warme koffie, zonder alcohol
Mexicaanse koffie
Voor 4 personen
• 50 cl sterke koffie
• 10 cl room
• 2 eetlepels gesmolten chocolade
• 2 eetlepels suiker
• muskaat, kaneel
Klop de room met de gesmolten chocolade, de suiker, 1 snufje kaneel en een snufje muskaat.
Giet de warme koffie op het mengsel. Goed roeren. Over 4 kopjes verdelen en eventueel
garneren met een lepel opgeklopte slagroom.
Chocoladekoffie
Voor 2 personen
• 25 cl koffie
• 25 cl melk
• 50 g bittere chocolade

zakje vanillesuiker
De melk met de vanillesuiker mengen en op een laag vuur verwarmen.
De bittere chocolade in de warme melk laten smelten en het geheel opkloppen totdat u een
schuimig mengsel hebt. De warme koffie toevoegen en goed roeren. Onmiddellijk serveren.
Koffie op de manier van warme wijn
Voor 4 personen
• 50 cl sterke koffie
• 50 cl appelsap
• 2 eetlepels rietsuiker
• 3 in kleine stukjes gesneden sinaasappels
• 2 kaneelstokjes
• 1 snufje 5 kruidenmelange
• 1 kruidnagel
Alle ingrediënten op middelmatig vuur aan de kook brengen en
10 min. tegen het kookpunt aan houden. Giet de vloeistof door
een zeef en serveer meteen in van tevoren met warm water
omgespoelde kopjes.
