• Avant de préparer votre café, nous vous conseillons de rincer
votre pot isotherme à l’eau chaude pour optimiser ses
performances.
• Fermez le couvercle : vissez-le dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre jusqu’en butée.
Ne pas trop serrer le couvercle. La verseuse doit toujours être
bien positionnée avec le couvercle fermé sinon le système
anti-goutte ne pourra pas fonctionner correctement et le café
débordera du porte-filtre.
• Pour verser le café, dévissez le couvercle jusqu’à ce que le point
figurant sur le couvercle soit positionné en face du bec verseur.
Revissez aussitôt après utilisation pour conserver la chaleur.
Juste après la fin de l’écoulement, la température du café dans
le pot est comprise entre 80 et 84° mais peut varier selon la
température initiale de la verseuse. Après 2 h, la température est
comprise entre 74° et 79°C. NB : La fréquence d’ouverture du
couvercle et la quantité de café ont une incidence sur le maintien
en température du café.
