Tipo di pelle soggetta a scottature. Si abbronza con difficoltà, occorrono
parecchie sessioni di solarium (TIPO CELTICO)
II
Tipo di pelle soggetta a scottature, si abbronza lentamente,occorrono
molte sessioni di solarium (PELLE CHIARA,TIPO EUROPEO)
III
Tipo di pelle moderatamente soggetta a scottature; si abbronza
progressivamente dopo ogni sessione di solarium (PELLE SCURA, TIPO
MEDITERRANEO)
IV
Tipo di pelle raramente soggetto a scottature, si abbronza rapidamente e
in modo intenso (TIPO MEDITERRANEO)
L’uso del solarium è consigliato solo a persone con pelle di tipo II, III ou IV.
Persone con tipo di pelle I devono fare molta attenzione ad esporsi sia alla luce naturale che a quella
artificiale ; è cosigliato consultare un medico prima dell’ esposizione
Decidete i vostri tempi di esposizione dopo aver considerato la vostra esperienza con la luce naturale.
Le seguenti sequenze di esposizione sono consigliate per vari tipi di pelle:
