Reinigen Sie das Äußere und das
Bildschirmobjektiv des
ToughCase-GPS-Empfängers mit einem
weichen, feuchten Tuch.
Überprüfen Sie die Dichtung an der Klappe
des ToughCase-GPS-Empfängers vor dem
Schließen auf Fremdkörper, welche die
Wasserdichtheit des
ToughCase-GPS-Empfängers beeinträchtigen
könnten. Prüfen Sie regelmäßig den
Dichtungsring, der die Klappe am Gehäuse
des ToughCase-GPS-Empfängers abdichtet.
Sollte er beschädigt sein, rufen Sie unter
www.magellangps.com den Bereich
„Support“ auf.
Sicherheit
Der ToughCase-GPS-Empfänger schützt Ihr
iPhone bzw. iPod touch vor Wasser, da es
gemäß IPX-7-Standard abgedichtet ist. Die
Temperatur im Inneren des
ToughCase-GPS-Empfängers kann z. B.
aufgrund von längerer direkter
Sonnenbestrahlung soweit ansteigen, dass
sich Ihr iPhone oder iPod touch ausschaltet.
Lassen Sie den ToughCase-GPS-Empfänger
nicht längere Zeit an Orten liegen, an denen
seine interne Temperatur gefährlich hoch
ansteigen kann, z. B. auf dem Armaturenbrett
oder dem Sitz Ihres Fahrzeugs bei direkter
Sonnenbestrahlung.
„Made for iPod“ und „Made for
iPhone“ bedeuten, dass ein elektronisches
Zubehörteil speziell für den Anschluss an
einen iPod- oder iPhone entwickelt wurden
und vom Hersteller als übereinstimmend mit
den Apple-Leistungsstandards zertifiziert
wurde. Apple ist nicht für den Betrieb dieses
Gerätes oder die Übereinstimmung mit
