The company warrants that this product will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two
years under normal household use from the date of the original
purchase. During the period of validity of this warranty:
a) The defective product shall be replaced or repaired free of
charge if a defective item is returned with original sales
receipt.
b) C.M.D. S.L. entitles the original purchaser to repair or
replace at C.M.D. S.L. choice (a substitute of equal value will
be supplied when a warranted item is no longer in production)
any defective piece or article during the warranty term. The new item shall then be warranted to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for the unexpired term of original warranty. This warranty does not apply to:
- Any damage resulting from improper use of the pressure cooker.
- Not complying strictly to the instructions for use that appear in the instruction manual relative to use.
- Handling, maintenance and cleaning, misuse and overheating.
- Any damage caused by improper repair carried out by non-authorised people or the use of non-original spare parts,
nor those parts that due to recurring use suffer deterioration such as the silicone gasket and bakelite parts.
- Incidental or consequential damages are excluded by this warranty.

BY THE SELLING ESTABLISHMENT, AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
