Kanaaltoewijzingen
De volgende tabel geeft de kanalen, de frequenties en het gebruik
voor Marine VHF communicatie weer.
Afhankelijk van uw selectie kunnen bepaalde kanalen simplex (één
frequentie) of duplex (twee frequenties) zijn, zoals aangegeven in de
tabellen.
Op simplex kanalen zendt en ontvangt uw marifoon op dezelfde
frequentie. Op duplex kanalen zendt het apparaat op de ene en
ontvangt op een andere frequentie. U kunt met walstations op zowel
simplex als duplex kanalen communiceren, maar vanwege de
frequentieverschuiving kunt u met andere schepen niet op een
duplex kanaal communiceren.
Kanaal 16 is het internationale Nood-, Veiligheids- en Oproepkanaal.
Alle met een marifoon uitgeruste schepen dienen kanaal 16 te
beluisteren, tenzij de lokale regelgeving anders voorschrijft.
