✓ U ontsteekt de brander door een
lucifer vlak boven de brander te
houden en de bijbehorende
bedieningsknop in te drukken en
tegen de klok in op het symbool grote
vlam te draaien.
✓ Om de gastoevoer te verminderen
draait u de knop verder tegen de klok
in, desgewenst tot het aanslagpunt,
waar de aanwijzer van de knop op het
symbool kleine vlam wijst.
✓ De maximale gastoevoer gebruikt u
om vloeistof snel aan de kook te
brengen, de minimale gastoevoer
voor het voorzichtig opwarmen en
warm houden.
✓ Kook altijd met de bedieningsknop op
een stand tussen maximaal en
minimaal. Nooit tussen maximaal en
uitstand.

GASBRANDERS
De gastoevoer naar de branders wordt
geregeld door bedieningsknoppen
(afbeelding 2.1) waarmee u de gaskra-
nen van de branders opent en sluit.
De gaskraan is voorzien van een veilig-
heidssluiting.
U regelt de gastoevoer door de aanwij-
zer van de bedieningsknop te draaien op
de symbolen die op het bedieningspa-
neel zijn gedrukt :
- merkpunt ● : gesloten kraan
(uitgedoofde brander)
- merkpunt : vol debiet
(brander op maximum)
- merkpunt : vertraagd debiet
(brander op minimum)
