ARMAZONES LATERALES
– Enganchar los armazones laterales en
los orificios de las paredes laterales de
la parte interna del horno (Fig. 7.6)
– Colocar en el centro de las guias de los
armazones laterales la asadera y la
parrilla, como se indica en la figura fig.
7.7. La parrilla debe ser montada de
manera que el enganche de seguridad,
que evita la extracción accidental, sea
dirigido hacia el interior del horno.
– El desmontaje se efectúa actuando
inversamente.
