Inbouwstoomoven –Bedieningspaneel functies/symbolen

NB. Wij zullen graag u willen mededelen dat wat echt nieuw op deze oven is de stoomkoken –

de vijf functies van de traditionele koken kunnen met de stoomtechniek gepaard gaan.

De meest bekende chefs gebruiken stoomkoken voor een fijne voorbereiding van het eten.Stomen verzekert

het behoud van de natuurlijke vocht van uw gerechten,door een electronische systeem wordt de stoom de

oven binnen zodat meerdere vochtigheidpeilen verschijnen (teoretisch tussen 20 tot/met 80%).

TEORETISCHE VOCHTIGHEIDSPEILEN van de oven

Positie 80:de ovenruimte is gevuld met stoom om de 30 seconden

Positie 60: de ovenruimte is gevuld met stoom om de 60 seconden

Positie 40: de ovenruimte is gevuld met stoom om de 90 seconden

Positie 20 de ovenruimte is gevuld met stoom om de 120 seconden
