GLASKERAMIK-KOCHMULDE
2
2
Die Keramikoberfläche des Kochfeldes
erlaubt eine rasche Wärmeübertragung
in vertikaler Richtung, von den
Heizelementen unter der Glasfläche
direkt zu den Töpfen darüber.
Die Hitze verbreitet sich nicht in waag-
rechter Richtung, sodass das Glas nur
wenige Zentimeter von den Kochzonen
kalt bleibt.
Die Kochfelder werden mit einem 7-stufi-
gen-Regler (0÷6) (Abb. 2.1) oder mit
einem stufenlosen Energieregler bedient
(0÷12) (Abb. 2.2).
Die Hitze kann stufenlos von 0 (aus) bis
“6” oder “12” (max. Temperatur) geregelt
werden.
Die Kochmulde ist mit einer Signallampe
bestückt, die aufleuchtet, wenn die
Kochmulde eingeschaltet ist.
Wenn die Temperatur der Kochzone
60°C übersteigt, leuchtet das dazu-
gehörige Kontrollämpchen auf und zeigt
somit an, daß die Kochzone heiß ist.
Dieses Lämpchen leuchtet auch noch
nach Abshalten der Kochzone, um anzu-
zeigen, daß diese weiterhin heiß ist.
Diese Restwärme erhält sich noch für
relativ lange Zeit nach Abschalten der
Kochzone.
Während dieser Zeit darf die
Kochzone nicht berührt werden,
achten Sie vor allem darauf, daß
Kinder sie nicht berühren.
Das Lämpchen geht automatisch aus,
sobald die Temperatur der Kochzone auf
unter 60° C absinkt.
