Het gebruik van de koelruimte
• Steek de stekker in een geaarde wandcontactdoos.
• Draai, om het apparaat aan te zetten, de thermostaat-
knop K (fig. 2:detail), met een passend muntstuk, van
de 0-stand naar een bewaarstand tussen 3 en 4.
Controlelampje
M (fig. 2:detail) zal hierna branden.
Let op, onder bepaalde omstandigheden kan het
noodzakelijk zijn voor een hogere of lagere instelling
van de thermostaat (fig. 2:detail) te kiezen.
• Laat, vóór het eerste gebruik, de koel-
en vriesruimte
van het nog
lege apparaat eerst minimaal 3 uur op
bewaar-temperatuur komen voor u producten in de
koel- of vriesruimte plaatst.
• Als de deur van de
koelruimte opengaat, brandt de
binnenverlichting C. Als de deur te lang openstaat,
gaat de verlichting automatisch
uit. Sluit en open de
deur opnieuw en de verlichting weer zal branden.
• Als de thermostaat op stand
5 staat met het apparaat
in een ruimte met een hoge omgevingstemperatuur, in
combinatie met grote hoeveelheden voedsel, zal het
apparaat continu blijven vriezen. Met als resultaat de
vorming van ijsaanslag en rijp.
Draai in een dergelijk geval de thermostaatknop
K op
een lagere stand (controlelampje
A gaat uit) om de
automatische ontdooifunctie voor de koelruimte en
een lager energieverbruik
weer mogelijk te maken.
Waarschuwing!
Als het apparaat, tijdens normaal gebruik, binnen korte
tijd UIT en weer AAN wordt gezet, kan de compressor
(in dit geval het apparaat) pas na een onderbreking van
ongeveer 10 minuten opnieuw opstarten. Dit maakt
deel uit van de normale werkwijze voor dit apparaat.

A. Controlelampje (oranje) invriezen.

K. Thermostaat(instel)knop (stand 0 t/m 5).
De thermostaat (fig. 1:C) zorgt, na een correcte instelling,
voor de juiste temperatuur
in het apparaat.
stand 0 = de uit-stand (koelen en vriezen niet aan).
stand 1 = de laagste stand (“warmste”temperatuur).
stand 2 - 3 - 4 zijn tussenstanden.
stand 5 = de hoogste stand (“koudste”temperatuur).
De instelling van een thermostaat is o.a. afhankelijk van:
• de omgevingstemperatuur.
• de ruimte waarin het apparaat geplaatst is.
• hoe vaak de deuren worden geopend.
• de hoeveelheid producten in het apparaat.
Onder bepaalde omstandigheden kan het nodig zijn voor een
hogere of lagere instelling van de thermostaat te kiezen.
