CHOIX DU BRULEUR
La position des brûleurs est marquée sur
le tableau de bord.
Le symbole de couleur ou graphisme dif-
férent indique le brûleur que la manette,
située au-dessus, commande.
Le brûleur à utiliser doit être choisi en
fonction du diamètre et de la capacité
des casseroles employées.
A titre informatif, les brûleurs et les cas-
seroles doivent être utilisés de la maniè-
re suivante:
Il est important que le diamètre de la
casserole soit en rapport avec la puis-
sance du brûleur pour utiliser au mieux
le haut rendement des brûleurs et éviter
toute perte inutile de combustible.
Placer une petite casserole sur un grand
brûleur pour avoir une ébullition plus
rapide ne sert à rien car la capacité
d’absorption de chaleur de la masse
liquide reste toujours la même, en rap-
port avec son volume et la surface de la
casserole.
