5. ISOLATIE EN AFWERKING
Nu de installatie voltooid is, kan het toestel worden ingebouwd. Vooraleer deze
werken aan te vaen controleert u eerst nog even de gasdichtheid. Ontsteek de
haard en controleer de werking van de haard, de dichtheid van de gasleidingen
en het rookgasafvoerkanaal. Zijn deze in orde, dan kunt u denitief de isolatie- en
afwerkingswerkzaamheden aanvaen.
Het inbouwgedeelte van de haard wordt erg warm. Zorg daarom dat de haard niet
te strak ingebouwd wordt, maar dat er ruimte is om warme lucht af te voeren. Wij
raden het gebruik van de M-design isolatiekit aan om het toestel keramisch te iso-
leren .
Andere isolatiematerialen zijn ten strengste afgeraden. Tevens mogen geen brand-
bare materialen voor de afwerking gebruikt worden.
Een heel belangrijk punt bij het opstellen van de LUNA GAS, is dat er rekening
moet gehouden worden met de afstand van de haard t.o.v. de afwerking ( marmer,
gyproc, ....) . De Luna is voorzien van een lipje (g.1) die dient als referentieafstand.
Tot tegen deze lip mag de afwerking aangebracht worden (g 2 en 3 ).
Op die manier vermijdt men dat het toestel volledig ingesloten is aan de voorzijde,
waar hij zijn convectielucht moet nemen i.v.m. de aoeling van de elctronica
5. ISOLATION ET FINITION
Une fois l’installation achevée, l’appareil peut être encastré.Avant d’eectuer les
travaux, veuillez contrôler une fois de plus l’étanchéité du conduit de gaz. Allumez
l’appareil et contrôler le fonctionnement de celui-ci : l’étanchéité du conduit de gaz et
du conduit de fumée. Une fois avoir tout vérié, vous pouvez nir les travaux enta-
més.
La partie encastrée du foyer est portée à une température élevée. Veuillez vérier que
le foyer ne soit pas trop étroitement encastré mais qu’il y est susamment d’espace
pour l’évacuation de l’air chaud. Pour l’isolation du foyer, nous vous conseillons
l’utilisation de plaques isolantes M-Design. Nous vous déconseillons d’utiliser
d’autre produit d’isolation.
Le foyer est pourvu de deux petites cornières (g.1, ). Celle-ci servent à donner une
distance de référence à respecter entre le foyer et l’habillage ( marbre, gyproc,..).
De cee façon l’on évite de renfermer totalement le foyer à l’avant et l’air peut circuler
librement autour du foyer (g2 et 3), pour éviter une surchaue de l’éléctronique.
Si les consignes ne sont pas appliquées , l’éléctronique du foyer
va surchauer et le foyer se met en code erreur F02
Indien deze richtlijnen niet gevolgd worden zal de electronica
oververhien en komt het toestel in veiligheid met foutcode F02

Het metselwerk dient rond de haard opgetrokken te worden met een mini-
male luchtspouw van 5 mm voor de haard en 4cm rondom de haard , dit om
de uieing van de haard toe te laten. Het is verboden het metselwerk op de
haard te plaatsen. DE HAARD MOET VOLLEDIG VRIJ STAAN.
Rondom de binnenkader dient een speling van 2mm gehouden te worden.
La maçonnerie doit être élévée autour du foyer. En raison de la dilatation
du foyer pendant la combustion, un interstice d’au moins 5 mm doit être
ménagé a l’avant du foyer et 4 cm chaque côté de l’appareil. La maçonnerie
ne doit pas reposer sur le foyer. LE FOYER DOIT ETRE LIBRE.
Toujours laisser 2 mm de jeu entre le cadre interieur et la maçonnerie.
