Recetario de Calentamiento
ADVERTENCIA: no utilice papel de aluminio durante la cocción.

CUADRO DE CALENTAMIENTO
Antes de calentar alimentos en su horno, retírelos de platos de metal,
latas de conservas y colóquelos en recipientes adecuados para microondas.
Los alimentos recalentados en el microon-
das saben como recién hechos. Para obte-
ner los mejores resultados siga las siguien-
tes reglas generales:
Los alimentos sólo se deben recalentar
una vez y estar descongelados.
Siga las instrucciones de la tabla de
recalentamiento y en lo posible, remue-
va los alimentos.
Deje en reposo de 3 a 4 minutos antes
de servir.
Asegúrese de que los alimentos están lo
suficientemente calientes antes de con-
sumirlos. En caso de alimentos que no
se pueden remover (por ejemplo, la
lasaña), haga un corte en el centro para
comprobar si se ha llegado a calentar
bien.
Alimento Tiempo a max. Consejos
potencia
Tres filetes de carne 1,5 - 2,5 min. Coloque los filetes en un recipiente adecuado
de 0,5 cm de grosor para microondas. Cúbralo con plástico
especial. Con salsa quedarán más jugosos.
Pollo troceado
1 pechuga 2 - 3,5 min. Coloque el pollo en un recipiente adecuado
1 muslo 1,5 - 2,5 min. Cúbralo con plástico especial
Filete de pescado 1 - 2,5 min. Ponga el pescado en un recipiente adecuado
(170-230 g) Cúbralo con plástico especial.
Lasaña 300 gr. 4,5 - 7 min. Ponga la lasaña en un recipiente adecuado
Cúbralo con plástico especial.
Guisos
1 ración 1,5 - 3,5 min. Caliéntelo tapándolo. Remuévalo de vez
4 raciones 5 - 7,5 min. en cuando.
Puré de patata
1 ración 2 - 3,5 min. Caliéntelo tapándolo. Remuévalo de
4 raciones 6 - 8,5 min. vez en cuando.
Judías, 1 ración 2 - 3,5 min. Caliéntelo tapándolo. Remuévalo de
vez en cuando.
