10 IGC kalibratie procedure

Het hoofdinstrument heeft een extra druksensor voor de registratie van de hoogte. Om te

voldoen aan de IGC regels heeft deze sensor geen externe aansluiting. Om de kalibratie uit

te voeren is het noodzakelijk om het instrument uit het vliegtuig te nemen en in een vacuüm

kamer te plaatsen. De procedure is als volgt:

• Zet het instrument aan en wacht enkele minuten (vlakke lijn op het barogram bij het

begin).

• Stel de loginterval in op 1 seconde, zie hoofdstuk 6.1.2.

• Plaats het instrument in de kamer en voer een korte klim uit van ongeveer 100m

(om de vlucht te starten).

• Breng de kamer op een druk van exact 1013.2 hPa.

• Laat de druk afnemen met 1000m en behoud dit voor 30 seconden.

• Herhaal deze procedure tot 9000m.

• Laat de druk toenemen met 1000m stappen tot 1013.2 hPa.

• Bij het bereiken van de grond, wacht nog 3 minuten en schakel het instrument

vervolgens uit.

• Laat het instrument tenminste 5 minuten uit.

• Download de laatste vlucht en print het barogram.

• Herstel de vluchtrecorder instellingen.
