• Appuyer sur la touche 7 pour mettre en service le répondeur
• Raccrocher.
b) Mise hors service à distance
• Le répondeur est en service.
• Composer votre numéro de téléphone.
• Le répondeur se déclenche (suivant réglage) et diffuse l’annonce correspondante au
mode réglé (enregistreur ou seul).
• Pendant la diffusion de l’annonce, appuyez sur la touche * de votre téléphone puis
composer votre code d’interrogation à distance à 4 chiffres (0000 par défaut)
• Un court bip sonore est diffusé
• Appuyer sur la touche 9 pour mettre hors service le répondeur
• Raccrocher.
11- 10 Mémoire pleine
Sur place :
- L’afficheur de la base indique « FF » et le nombre total de messages.
- Faite une lecture complète des messages.
- Effacer les messages (Voir chapitre « Effacement des messages) pour récupérer de la
capacité mémoire.
Lors d’un appel :
- Le répondeur se déclenche et diffuse l’annonce correspondante au mode répondeur
seul.
Vous pouvez alors interroger votre répondeur à distance pour écouter vos messages
et les effacer (Voir chapitre interrogation a distance).
Sauvegarde de la mémoire
En cas de coupure de courant ou si vous débranchez l’alimentation de votre appareil,
tous les messages, les mémos et les annonces sont sauvegardés automatiquement par
l’appareil.
