9 Warranty information
The LOGICOM supplier warranty is applicable for normal use of the device as set out in the
user manual.
Damage to this appliance caused by external factors is not covered by the warranty. In
particular, the warranty is not applicable if the appliance has been damaged as a result of a
fall, a shock, incorrect use or use with a connection which is not compliant with the
instructions of the manual or the requirements of your operator, or due to lightning, mains
over voltage, or insufficient protection from heat, humidity or frost.
The warranty applies to Metropolitan France only.
10 Contacting the customer care service.
Before returning the appliance to the dealer or retailer, it is imperative to contact us so we
may check that the appliance is faulty.
