1.2.4 Batterie (18) einsetzen / entnehmen
Die Batterie (18) befindet sich über dem Hinterrad unterhalb des Gepäckträgers (19). Sie
ist mit einem Schloss gesichert (Diebstahlsicherung, siehe Abb. 7/8).
Um die Batterie zu entnehmen, den Schlüssel aus der Position [ | ] (siehe Abb. 7) einmal
im Uhrzeigersinn drehen (siehe Abb. 8) und die Batterie nach hinten herausziehen –
Schlüssel steht in Position [ / ].
Beim Wiedereinsetzen muss die Batterie hörbar einrasten. Den Schlüssel nun gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn in die Ausgangsstellung zurückdrehen.
Überprüfen Sie nun alle Verbindungen und Befestigungen auf festen Sitz und über-
zeugen Sie sich von der einwandfreien Fahrbereitschaft des Fahrrads. Hierzu ge-
hören auch die Prüfung auf festen Sitz der Schrauben und die korrekte Verbindung
der Verkabelung, sowie ein Funktionstest der Bremsen.

HINWEIS
Den Schlüssel gut aufbewahren! Er dient der Diebstahlsicherung.
Das Fahren ohne eingesetzte Batterie ist aufgrund der in der Batterie integrierten
Stromversorgung für die Beleuchtung laut StVO nicht erlaubt.
