Zutaten Preparation

1. Put the butter in the pan and heat on the stove over a medium heat. Add the onion, and

caramelize. Add the vinegar. Remove from the heat and set aside the caramelized onion,

then clean the pan.

2. Put the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix. Leave the sauce to one side.

3. Season the beef with salt and pepper. Shape the meat into 6 patties.

4. Pour the oil into the pan, and heat over a medium heat. Brush the patties with mustard,

and cook until the desired level is achieved.

5. Place the cheese on top of the patties. Remove the patties and put to one side.

6. Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Toast the hamburger rolls in the pan.

7. Top the burger buns with the patties, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions and sauce.

1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp butter

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

SAUCE

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tsp mustard

2 tsp barbecue sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

450 g minced beef

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

2 tbsp grapeseed oil

4 tbsp mustard

6 slices of sliced cheese

3 hamburger rolls

1 cup of torn lettuce leaves

1 sliced tomato
