Livington FlipSwitch with a wooden or plastic spatula.
5. Clean the baking & grill inserts with a damp, soft cloth or sponge.
6. Clean the appliance housing with a damp cloth.
7. You can store the Livington FlipSwitch in a horizontal or vertical
position.
ATTENTION: Never over-fill the device! Make sure that the container
is only filled up to the top edge, especially in the case of eggs and
liquid ingredients. When preparing eggs, we recommend working
with the Livington FlipSwitch while it is open, and only closing the
appliance when the food needs to be turned.

Boiled potatoes (slices) approx. 12-15 mins Ideally with butter, turning several times
Frying raw potatoes (slices) approx. 25 mins Ideally with lard, turning several times
Raw potatoes (Berner Rösti) approx. 8 mins each side Grated potatoes
Potato pancakes approx. 2 mins each side Turn carefully, brown until crispy
Egg omelette approx. 3 mins each side Omelette made from 2 eggs, served with chives
