Handleiding:
1. Oven voorverwarmen op 180°C.
2. Olijfolie in een grote diepvrieszak gieten.
Aardappels, wortels en uien in de zak met de
olie husselen. De kip afspoelen en met
keukenpapier zorgvuldig droogdeppen.
Inwrijven met olijfolie. De kip (binnen- en
buitenkant) royaal voorzien van het
kipkruidenmengsel.
3. Kip op de stoominzet in de Livington
Copperline vierkante pan leggen.
Groenten rond de kip schikken. Kip en
groenten in de voorverwarmde oven
braden, tot het vel van de kip bruin en
krokant is. De groente moet zacht zijn.
Steek een vleesthermometer in het dikste
deel van een poot om te kijken of de
temperatuur goed is. De braadkip is goed
gaar bij een temperatuur van 75°C. Deze
temperatuur moet in ca. anderhalf uur
bereikt worden. De kip 10 minuten laten
rusten, dan in stukken verdelen en met de
groenten serveren.
SIMPEL BRAADKIPPETJE
Ingrediënten
2 el olijfolie
8 rode aardappels, in helen of
kwarten gesneden (afhankelijk
van de grootte)
1 bos kleine worteltjes (500 g)
1 ui, grofgehakt
1 hele kip (2 kg)
1 Kruidenmix voor gebraden
Kip (bijvoorbeeld 4 el zout met 2 el
knoookgranulaat, 1 el selderijzout en
1 el gedroogde peterselie
vermengen)
