IMPORTANT INFO + FUNCTION:
With the Livington Everclean Mop, you only ever use clean/rinsing water to clean your floors.
The mop is sprayed with clean/rinsing water from the sides each time it is immersed in „WASH“, thus being cleaned and re-soaked in the process.
The dirty water is directed into the separate dirty water tank during the cleaning process, and thus never comes into contact with the clean water.
So you will never wipe with dirty, already-used water.
You can use your favorite cleaning products with your Livington Everclean Mop - but always pay attention to the correct quantities and application
instructions.
ASSEMBLY + GETTING STARTED
• Press the button on the side of the handle to release the cover and lift it off (2).
• Remove the mop holder with the rods from the bucket.
• Screw the rods and the mop holder together (3). INFO: The poles are also labelled accordingly.
• Put the lid back on the bucket - IMPORTANT: There is only one correct way to fit the lid onto the bucket. Pay attention to the position of
the button on the side and the corresponding indentation (2).
• Inserting the mop cloth: Insert the mop into the 2 flaps on the outside on both sides and press to close (4). Warning: Do not place the middle
tab over the release button (E1)! Info: The universal pad comes pre-attached to the mop holder.
• Removing the mop cloth: Press the button down, and pull the mop out of the tabs on both sides (5).
• Inserting the batteries: Important: when using for the first time, insert 4 x AA batteries (not included). The battery compartment is
located in the cover of your Livington Everclean Mop. Open the locking clip of the battery compartment (G), located on the top of the lid by
pulling it firmly outwards. The battery holder (H) is located in the battery compartment - you can simply pull this out with the integrated tab
(I). Now you can insert the batteries. Pay attention to the polarity when inserting the batteries. After inserting the batteries, insert the battery
holder back into the battery compartment. ATTENTION: Make sure that the silver contacts meet and that the tab lies OVER the battery
holder, so that you can use the tab again the next time you change the batteries. When the battery holder is returned correctly to the battery
compartment, close the battery compartment again with the locking clip. (6)
• Your Livington Everclean Mop is now ready for use.
• FILLING THE WATER: Unlock the water tank lid (J) by pressing the „PUSH“ flap (also recognizable by the water droplet on the water tank
lid), open it and pour in clean water up to the „MAX“ mark (7).
• Switch on the pump by pressing the „WASH“ button (D2) - the button lights up (press the same button to switch it off - the light turns off) (8).
• Moistening: Insert the mop into the “Wash” opening (D1), and fully immerse it 3-4 times (9). IMPORTANT: The water pump has a sensor that is
only activated after switching on the wash button once the mop is in the device. If the mop is not in the container, no water will be pumped! This
is not a defect.
• If the mop is too damp for the intended application, switch off the pump by pressing the „Wash“ button again and move the mop up and down
several times, to achieve the desired level of dryness. This means you can mop when very wet (for heavily soiled surfaces) or almost dry, for
polishing. Pay attention to the type of flooring.
INFO: You can regulate the degree of dryness by the speed of immersion. The faster you move the mop in and out, the drier it will become.
• Now you can start cleaning (10)
• Cleaning the dirty water tank: You can remove and clean the transparent half by pressing the buttons on both sides (11).
CLEANING AND CARE:
The mop can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Both cloths are machine washable. Made in China
