The scooter is equipped with a lead acid rechar geable battery . Please pay attention to the f ollowing cautions for saf ety use:
- Before rechar ging, allow the lead acid battery in the unit to cool for at least 10 minut es after use.
- Do not use the scooter if the battery is hot.
During charging , the battery temperature should not ex ceed 104˚F
(40˚C). A batter y
temperature tha t is too high or too low may indica te a problem with the battery .

Never use the scoot er if the battery is smok ing or liquid is coming out of the batt er y . Do not touch any battery discharge.
- Do not dispose of the battery in fire or extreme heat.
- Do not use or leave the batt er y near a heat sour ce such as a fire or a heater .
- Do not strike or throw the battery against hard sur faces.
- Do not immerse the battery in water , and keep the battery in a cool, dr y place .
- When recharging , only use the battery charger specifically included for that purpose.
- Do not over-charge the ba ttery .
- Do not directly solder the batter y and pier ce the battery with a nail or other sharp objec t.
- Do not disassemble or alter the battery .
- Charge the battery every month and as necessar y .
- Do not transport or store the batter y with metal objects such as necklaces, hairpins, etc.
- Please recycle a used battery after covering the battery terminals with insulation tape or inser ting it int o an individual poly bag.
Check local laws and regulations f or recycling and/or disposal information.
- Under the environmen t with electrostatic discharge, the product may malfunction and require the user to reset the product by
turning it off and back on again.

Please use designated collection points or recycling facilities when disposing of the item.
Do not treat old batteries as household waste . T ake them to a designated recycling facility .

F ailure to charge the battery at least once a month may result in a ba ttery that will no longer accept a charge.

items that might be carried. Exc eeding the weight limit
could injure the rider and damage the unit. Rider weight
alone does not necessarily mean a person ’ s size is
appropriate to fit or maintain c ontrol of the unit. Keep this
product away from small childr en and remember that this
product is only intended for use by persons who ar e, at
minimum, comfor table and c ompetent while operating it.
Children under the age of 8 should not be permitted to use
this product. The r ecommended age of 8 is only an estimate
and can be affected by the rider’ s size, weight, maturity or
skills - not ever y rider 8 y ears or older will be suited to the
product. Any rider unable to fit comfortably on the unit should
not ride. A parent’ s decision to allow his or her child to ride
this product should be based on the child’ s maturity , sk ill
and ability to follow rules . It is emphasized that adults are
strongly advised not to disregar d this recommendation or
permit young children to r ide this unit.
• The charger supplied with the unit should be regularly examined
for damage to the cor d, plug , enclosure and other par ts. In the
event of such damage , the product must not be charged until
the charger has been replaced .
• Use caution when charging .
• The charger is not a toy . Charger should be operated by an adult.
• Do not operate the charger near flammable mat erials.
• Unplug charger and disconnect from product when not in use.
• Always disc onnect from the charger prior to wiping down and
cleaning your product with a damp cloth.

Regularly examine all par ts f or wear or damage befor e use. Before inspecting, turn the unit “OFF ,” remo ve the charger plug and
make sure all components hav e cooled off before t ouching. Exercise caution ar ound exposed parts.
If any parts require ser vice or r eplacement, contact customer ser vic e or a reputable service center for motorized v ehicles to make
necessary repairs. Mo difying the unit without a qualified r epair technician will void the warranty and could cause damage t o the unit
and possible injury to the rider .
BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
FRAME AND HANDLEBAR
HARDWARE
Required 10mm wrench
Never ride the scooter if the brakes ar e not functioning properly .
Before each ride , check for cracks or other damage to the frame , neck and handlebars. Damage to the fr ame is unlikely , but bending
or breaking the frame or handlebars can result from aggr essive riding, like running in to curbs and other objects. Always ride carefully ,
and inspect the scooter before each use .
Check all hardware such as bolts , nuts, cables, fasteners and other parts to ensure they are secure and properly assembled . I f y ou hear
any rattling fr om loose par ts , the unit is damaged and should not be used.
1. Hold the gate spring and reserve a 2-3mm space. F irmly tighten the brake wire and tighten the rope nut (F ig. 1).
2. Loosen the trim nut to adjust the small brake spac e (xed hex nut) to make the brake mor e sensitive (F ig. 2).
3. Tighten the adjusting screw to nely adjust the brake spac e to make the brake more sensitiv e (Fig . 3).
NOTE: DO NO T lubricate between the brake pad (belt holding belt) and the hoop.
