En règle générale, les fils et aiguilles fins sont utilisés pour la couture
de tissus légers, les fils et aiguilles plus épais, pour les tissus lourds.
Toujours tester la solidité du fil et de l'aiguille sur une chute du tissu à
coudre. Utiliser le même fil pour l'aiguille et la canette. Si vous voulez
coudre sur un tissu fin ou sur des coutures stretch synthétiques, utilisez
les aiguilles dotées d'une tige bleue (disponibles dans le commerce
spécialisé). Elles permettent d'éviter l'allongement des points.
