Met de OneTouch® Ultra® 2 meter kunt u naar wens notities toevoegen aan bloedglucoseresultaten. Er zijn twee soorten
notities en verschillende redenen om ze toe te voegen.
Type notitie Aanbeveling Voordeel
Voeg een maaltijdmarkering toe aan elk
bloedglucoseresultaat.
Selecteer een passende opmerking
wanneer u test onder omstandigheden die
u of uw arts/diabetesverpleegkundige het
noteren waard achten.
Overleg met uw arts/diabetesverpleegkundige hoe u met maaltijdmarkeringen en opmerkingen uw diabetes beter kunt reguleren.
U kunt deze notities meteen na een bloedglucosetest toevoegen, voordat u de gebruikte teststrip uit de meter verwijdert.
U kunt notities ook wijzigen als u oude resultaten bekijkt.
U kunt geen maaltijdvlag of opmerking toevoegen aan resultaten die zijn gemarkeerd als controlevloeistoftest.
U kunt deze functie naar wens in- of uitschakelen. U kunt de functie alleen gebruiken als deze is ingeschakeld. Zie voor
instructies De functie voor vlaggen/opmerkingen uit- of inschakelen in deel 2.
Een maaltijdmarkering toevoegen of wijzigen
Als de functie voor vlaggen/opmerkingen is ingeschakeld, knippert de pijl-omhoog rechtsonder op het resultaatscherm als een
resultaat voor het eerst wordt weergegeven. Hiermee wordt u eraan herinnerd dat u een maaltijdmarkering kunt invoeren. Een
maaltijdmarkering toevoegen of wijzigen:
Druk tijdens het bekijken van het testresultaat op
om het scherm
MAALTIJDVLAG te openen
Druk op
of
om VOOR MAALTIJD of NA MAALTIJD te markeren
Als u besluit geen markering toe te wijzen aan dit resultaat, selecteert u GEEN VLAG.
Druk ter bevestiging van uw selectie op
De door u gekozen maaltijdmarkering wordt boven het resultaat weergegeven op het
resultaatscherm.
OPMERKING: Als u na een maaltijd test, kan dit aantonen welke invloed de voeding heeft op uw bloedglucosespiegel.
Deze resultaten kunnen worden gemarkeerd als NA MAALTIJD. U voert deze test meestal twee uur na het begin van de
maaltijd uit. Uw arts/diabetesverpleegkundige kan een andere periode of een ander gebruik voor deze functie aanraden.

U kunt het eect van voeding koppelen aan de
bloedglucoseresultaten.
U verkrijgt afzonderlijke gemiddelden voor tests voor de
maaltijd en na de maaltijd.
U kunt mogelijke redenen voor testresultaten bijhouden.
