Cleaning the Side Brush
Remove the brush. Clean the brush stand and reinstall the brush.
Cleaning the Cliff Sensors and Charging Contacts
Wipe the robot’s cliff sensors with a clean and dry cloth. Wipe the charging contacts on the robot and
the charging base with a clean and dry cloth.
Cleaning the Floor Tracking Sensor
Use a clean and dry microber or soft cotton cloth to wipe any debris that has accumulated in the round
sensor opening on the right side of the bottom surface. Do not spray cleaning solution directly into the
sensor entrance.
Cleaning the Rolling Brush
Pull on the release tabs to unlock the brush guard. Lift the rolling brush to remove it. Clean the rolling
brush with the cleaning brush or with a vacuum cleaner. Reinstall the rolling brush by inserting the xed
protruding end rst and then clicking it into place. Press the brush guard down until it clicks into place.

Troubleshooting
The power button
stays red
One beep The front driving
wheel is stuck.
Clean the front driving wheel and press
the power button to restart the robot.
Two beeps The side brush is
stuck.
Clean the side brush and press the
power button to restart the robot.
Three beeps
The vacuum fan
is stuck, or the
lter is clogged.
- Remove and empty the robot’s dust
bin.
- Empty the lter.
- Make sure the vacuum inlet is not
blocked by any hair or debris.
Four beeps The main rolling
brush is stuck.
Remove and clean the main rolling
brush and brush guard. Press the power
button to restart the robot.
The power button

Two beeps The bumper is
stuck.
- Tap the bumper to dislodge any debris
that might be trapped underneath.
- Press the bumper 5-10 times to ensure
that the bumper contracts freely.
Three beeps
- The cliff sensors
are dirty
- The robot is
hanging over a
drop or is stuck
on a dark surface
- Clean the cliff sensors with a dry cloth.
- Start cleaning in a new location if the
robot is hanging over a drop or is stuck
on a dark surface.
- Use the boundary strip or a physical
barrier to block off the problem area.
Four beeps
- Battery power
is too low.
- Robot cannot
return to its char-
ging dock.
- Manually take the robot to its charging
dock to charge.
- Ensure that there are no obstacles in
front of the charging dock. Wipe the
contacts on both the robot and char-
ging dock clean with a clean, dry cloth.
Storage
Always let the Robot Vacuum Cleaner charge on the charging dock when you are not using it. Place the
Robot Vacuum Cleaner and charging dock in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extreme
high or extreme low temperatures.

Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the Robot Vacuum Cleaner with the
household waste. For proper recycling, please contact your local authority or your household waste
disposal service for further details on your nearest designated collection point.
