Install the side brushes by pressing a brush into each slot until it clicks. 3.
Place the Robot Vacuum Cleaner into the charging dock. Make sure that the metal charging contacts
on the charging dock match up with those underneath the robot. When the Robot Vacuum Cleaner con-
nects to the charging dock, you will hear a series of tones. Once the power button illuminates, the
Robot Vacuum Cleaner is ready for use.

Press the power button to turn on the Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Choose your preferred cleaning setting.

To pause the Robot Vacuum Cleaner during a cleaning cycle, press the power button on the robot or
press the button on the Remote Control. To resume the cleaning cycle, press the power button
again. Press on the remote control to send the robot back to the charging dock.

Using the App
Before installing the app, check the following:
Your device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi network.
Your device is running iOS8.0 (or above) or Android 4.4 (or above).
The wi status light on the robot is rapidly ashing blue.
The robot is attached to the charging base to ensure that it has enough power during setup.
Download the App
Find the app “Robot Cleaner” in the App store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android), or scan one of
the QR codes below:
Create a user account
Open the app and create a user account.
Agree to the “privacy policy”.
Create your account with your mobile phone number or email address.
Enter the verication code.
Set your password with 6-20 characters.

Cleaning in a random pattern. The robot will also touch
up around the edges of the room, chair legs, and furnitu-
re. The robot will continue until it has cleaned the entire
level of your home. If its cleaning cycle is over (or if the
battery runs low) the robot will return to the charging dock
to charge.
Cleaning Settings
Add a device
Press “Add Device” or the “+” in the top right corner to add a device.
Add “D300 series” to your account and go to “connect to wi”.
Connect to Wi-Fi
Press the power button on the bottom of the device. Make sure the indicator light indicating Wi-Fi
status is ashing blue. Check “Conrm indicator rapidly blink” and press “Next”.
Choose the wi network you want to use and enter the wi network password. Press “Next”.
Wait until the device is added.
The device is successfully paired. Press “Done”. If the device is not paired, go to connect by AP mode.
Connecting via AP Mode
If you cannot connect to the robot cleaner via the above method, you can connect via AP mode.
Press “Add Device” or the “+” in the top right corner to add a device.
Add “D300 series” to your account.
Select AP mode on the top right of the screen (EZ mode is the default mode).
Turn on AP mode by pressing and holding the power button for about 5 seconds until you hear a beep
and release the button. Press and hold the Power Button for another 5 seconds until you hear another
beep.
When the blue LED on the hoover ashes slowly, the AP mode is switched on. Check “Conrm indicator
slowbly blink”. Press “Next”.
Choose the Wi-Fi network you want to use and enter the Wi-Fi password. Press “Next”.
Connect your phone to the device’s hotspot. Click “Go to Connect”. Select Smartlife-[XXXX] from the
list of WiFi networks.
Return to the Robot Cleaner App.
Wait for the device to be added.
The device is successfully paired, press “Done”.
Resetting the Wi-Fi connection
Press the Power button for about 5 seconds to reset the Wi-Fi connection.
When the Wi-Fi connection is successfully reset, you will hear a beep and the indicator that shows the
Wi-Fi status will blink blue.
You can now reconnect to Wi-Fi.
